A one-day conference to explore and promote dementia-friendly policies and practice in the development and management of homes. For housing and care professionals, developers, designers and policy-makers working within Liverpool City Region.

An opportunity to learn about the challenges faced at home by people living with dementia and family carers and about solutions and best practice developed by leading providers and researchers.
It will give those attending an understanding of the complexities involved and
some practical ideas about how to address them.

including housing design, management, the meaning of home, extra care housing, maintenance issues,
the dementia-friendly housing charter and will involve personal accounts and participation from
people living with dementia and family carers.
