Liverpool Service Users Reference Forum (SURF) is a group of people
living with dementia, their carers & families across the City of Liverpool.

SURF's vision is to improve the quality of life for people living with dementia, their carers and families and also to make Liverpool a dementia friendly city. Their aims are to :

*  Change attitudes about dementia
* 
Improve services and care
*  Provide a voice for people with dementia
*  Influence decision makers
*  Support each other and share tips
*  HAVE FUN while doing it!

SURF meets at 10.30 on the first Friday of every month at the
GIFT Cafe, Anfield Sports and Community Centre, Lower Breck Rd.

WHO ARE WE ?

Dementia Action Liverpool is a not-for-profit company set up and governed by Liverpool Dementia Action Alliance working within the Liverpool City Region to promote dementia friendly communities, helping people with dementia to live well and supporting all those affected by dementia.
