Liverpool Dementia Plan Launched
At Liverpool Dementia Information Day on 25th September the eagerly awaited refresh of the city's Joint Health and Social Care Dementia Forward Plan 2019 -2024 was launched by Liverpool City Council Cabinet Member for Adult Health and Social Care Councillor Paul Brant. He said "The Council and Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group have developed the plan following extensive engagement work in the city. It sets out how we will help people in Liverpool through their dementia journey from helping them to stay healthy to hopefully preventing the condition, all the way through to supporting people to approach the end of their life with dignity."
