The city council and the CCG are keen to agree a detailed implementation plan for the next three years, ready for a launch event during Dementia Action Week in May 2019, and have invited us to work with them to achieve this. We will invite everyone who contributed to the work to this event to get feedback and hear what the city council and CCG are planning - and what they have already started to do.
